| Abstract: | French observing system for mountain permafrost (French Alps).
Created 2008. Coordinates observation on permafrost and seasonal frost in the French Alps, both on rockfaces and on surficial deposits (rockglaciers, cold scree slopes): borehole temperature monitoring, surface and sub-surface temperature monitoring, monitoring of surficial dynamics (rockglacier movements, rockfall activity).
