Hoher Sonnblick is a 3.106 m high mountain peak in Central Austria. On the summit of Hoher Sonnblick are the Sonnblick Observatory and Zittelhaus. A total number of three boreholes have been drilled into permafrost-affected bedrock close to the summit. www.sonnblick.net
